I believe that behavioural profiling is for everyone, and that colour creates a common language.

Clarity4D was started in 2008 to meet the need for a simple colour profiling system to be available to a wider range of people.
Behavioural profiling is traditionally used in business, and because of the cost, typically only senior managers benefit from self-understanding.
Clarity4D provides a suite of profiles which can be used by people (young and older) who are going through a change in their lives, as well as people at every stage of their careers in the corporate world.
Simple to understand
Affordable for all budgets
Globally accessible for all ages
Effective at getting results
Clarity4D behavioural profiles offer a development process which creates positive results in personal and professional relationships.

Four Colour Model

Clarity4D is a four-colour model based on the work of Carl Jung. It helps people to understand their style, strengths and the value they bring to their team.
We call these the colour energies, and it’s the unique mix of red, yellow, green and blue energies, which determines how and why people behave the way they do. Everyone attending a workshop gets a unique and in-depth Clarity4D Personal Profile. Please see the example attached.

Using the profiles as a springboard, we help you get better, more productive results.
We work with your people, teams and leaders to tackle the challenges that are standing between them and peak performance. These challenges can include effective communication, management styles, sales performance and providing an inspiring environment.

A 'Virtual First' Approach

The global pandemic has changed the world of work... possibly forever.
In this time of uncertainty and challenge, many of us are now finding ourselves working remotely.
Our virtual solutions are uniquely designed to support you and your people to continue to be effective, aligned and connected, even when you are not physically working together.

The benefits of virtual learning

In a time where businesses need to be more agile than ever, virtual learning is a flexible and accessible way for companies to develop their talent.
Whether you have multiple offices around the country or you’re having to adapt to your entire staff working from home for the first time, virtual learning can bring teams together so they can communicate better, work more effectively and keep deliverables on track.
There are countless benefits to virtual learning, including reduced time investment, no travel costs or carbon footprint, global accessibility and greater moment-of-need responsiveness.
This kind of learning allows you to bring teams together virtually from different regions and maintain the momentum and effectiveness of your people development programmes.

How our virtual solutions work

Virtual learning needs to be delivered differently from in-person learning in order to be effective.
Learners need to be engaged and fully immersed in the content and conversations to receive the full learning impact, and this can be a challenge when your learners aren’t in a room together.
In conjunction with Clarity4d, Arah Perrett Consultancy has developed solutions that take the very best of virtual delivery practices to ensure your learners experience the same wow factor that has made us a leader in positive and impactful learner experiences.
Through a combination of facilitator-led conversations, interactive activities, virtual breakout sessions and powerful content, we’ll help your learners meet their – and your – learning objectives, so that they can return to work ready to apply what they’ve learned.
